Dude please go to the ER,I hope this doesn't end up to be an all to familiar horror story that we hear cause you don't want to exercise a little responsability. So you messed up your injection it's no big deal, probably one in a million injections this will happen. The sooner you get to the ER the sooner you can get back on track with training, and the less risk your putting your self for a nasty staff infection or any other life threatening infection.Good luck.

Well I think the concern is that it could be an infection. My advice would to be monitor the site closely and if you want to wait it out check your temperature and if you have a high temp and feel sick go, why you ask? You probably have an infection which would suck but is dangerous although easily delt with unless you let it go too long. In which case they will have to perform surgery to cut it open and drain it. I am not saying this as a scare tactic, just watch it man for you own sake!

If you are that paranoid about going to the ER, I would definatley call the physcian you normally see and schedule an appointment for tomorrow and if all else fails you can cancel it.
All b/s aside I have had some painful injects that have been swolen and it was mostly with Sustanon but man, I have never seen swelling like that...
do you have a fever or is the site really really hot? those are prime indicators

Doctors are just there to help you. People hurt themselves with chainsaws, cars, guns, etc. everyday. The Doc is not going to judge you or get you in trouble. It is his business and job to help you. Whatever the case, this is your health. You asked us for an opinion and this is one instance no one here is debating in any way. You have to get it checked out. Also, please let us know what happened and what the doc told you.
Good Luck.

Dude i have had staph before and i got down to 135lbs because the shit was eating me alive. No fvckn joke, ur playing w/ur life right now and the longer u wait the worse it gets. I waited till the end of a weekend to go to the ER so i could see a concert. Docs told me if i had gone friday morning i woulda been fine and just been given oral antibiotics, instead i was in ICU for about a month. I even had a negative protien balance because the infection was destroying me from the inside i got. My staph turned into celiulitus and TSS(toxic shock syndrom, yes thats w/females get when they leave a tampon n for to long), and i had a pocket of infectiouse water sitting on top of my brain... Please dont wait, it looks like u have waited long enough and its obviousily not getting any better. Good luck...

at first i thought this guy shot 20ml of synthol on his left quad, then i realize he says he did sust and test C; seriously dude if u got health insurance u better have it check or otherwise in my lame opinion i think it will go away overtime w/ training.
let the pain judge it for u!!!
-
dude, u have an infection. i had those b4.
u just need a high dose of antibiotic 2-3grams
go to any local family clinic and they should do that 4 less than $100

That looks awful and painfull. You must have injected in the front area and not the side of the leg. The test then runs down toward your knee cap and then all of a sudden you start limping and cant walk. Happened to me once but not this bad.

whoa crap. get the doc. that is more than just a 'little swelling.'

yeah, i injected on the top front of the quad.. never tried that muschle before.. i'm limping my ass off:P i look like an old lady with back problems! hmm, not really much pain, otherwise when i try to bend the leg.. hmm, the gear is danish, called **************.. ill see trough the weekend, and if its not getting better, ill see the doc monday morning!
Im only 19, and the last time i got busted doing roids, my family was higly dissapointed, and i promised to never touch that shit again, but after that i have cycled 4-6 times, without any noticiable sideffects... but that was organon sust, and ****** cyp..
thanks for all you feedback guys, i get alot of stupid questions at the gym;P

If that is as bad as it looks you could end up with sepsus !! That is potentially deadly!
-
04-25-2008, 12:41 PM #33
There is so much wrong w/this situation its not even funny. BUT the main problem is u r not taking this infection as seriously as u should. IF U DONT TREAT THIS U WILL DIE!!! WTF else do u need to hear??? Get off the fvcknb computer now and get the fvck to the ER... Tell ur Doc and ur parents that it was a b-12injection!!!

LoL, i agree.
And to the poster (if you didnt pass out already from the pain) get to the doc immediatly. Ok so youll be outta the gym for a little bit. ITs WAY better then what Schmidty went thru (glad to here you pulled thru that on brother cus that could have ended up bad)
When i first saw this pic without reading i thought it was a pic of 2 different legs put next to each other. HOLY HELL i didnt think it was the same persons legs in the same shot! Then after i read it i just thought to myself why this guy isnt at the doc right now? So dude, get to the ER or something.

I said potentially deadly, and it most certainly could be!! Untreated infections like that can get into the bloodstream and be very dangerous! I am glad that yours didnt get that bad but it can happen. You are not a doc! You really dont know what the source of his infection is! None of us do. So perhaps we should air on the side of caution!

I have had some swelling before from my shots.........but not quite that bad. Not to hijack the thread, but is a little bit of swelling okay?
I have been dealing with swelling this entire cycle (t-400) and a couple of nights I have sweated my ass off while I slept. I took my temperature and it was around 99.5 degrees F..
In your situation I believe I would go to the DOCTOR asap!!!!!!!!

The picture could be slightly deceiving.........the left leg is obviously flexed pretty tight, which really adds to the effect. I bet if you relaxed both legs it wouldn't be as dramatic.
Ice it down and take Ibuprofen. If there isn't any obvious relief within 12 hours, go to the doctor.
******************this is just my opinion, you should obviously take the advice of the more experienced users and go to the doctor ASAP!*******************************************
