2 years off roids want to return

it has been 2 years i am off roids and its been a month i am doing a little cutter so I can do a clean bulk up later, I am thinking about doing a test/dbol /winstrol cycle but I dont know if I have to use the same doses i used before, my last dose was 500mg and my dbol was 35mg as for winstrol i never used it before.

i am 6.3 205lbs I dont know my bf percentage I want to bulkup and keep the same waist mesurement I dont want big mass just add some muscles while keeping a lean body thats why I will use 30mg nolvadex daily.
