every friend i talk to has their own thoughts on how to take clenbuterol....and not even one way matches the other guy's way of taking it......i hear take it 3 days on...2 days off....other guys jus say do it every day for 5 weeks.......do i take breaks? how many do i take? take all at once? or break it down during the day? im clueless......id appreciate your guys' responses
you have to taper the dosages up and down and only run it for 2/3 weeks as your body will become accustomed to its affects.you could run it like this 3 week cycle...
40/40/40/60/60/60/80/80/80/100/100/100/80/80/80/60/60/60/40/40/40 µg/day
then stopping for 3 weeks then recommencing.in between,its advised you do the eca stack.
There is no need to taper up and then taper back down. While it's always a good idea to taper from day one the reasoning is because you have no idea how your body will react. Start with one tab/day and add a tab per day until you reach about 6-7 tabs (by then most people are feeling the effects...shakes, sweats, etc). Stay at 6-7 tabs for the remainder of the two weeks then take two weeks off of clen (substitute an ECA at this time). After two weeks you can start clen again only this time there is no need to taper back up as you already know your bodies tolerence.Quote:

2 weeks on/2 weeks off is the best way to go.
