    Sauna/Steam rooms. What is the benefit of them??

    Do they burn any fat or whats the point of them??
    Maybe help with Test acne a bit??

    Keeps the skin cleansed and oil free (which cuts down spots / acne)

    If you stay in a sauna you will sweat ya arse off, therefore loosing water weight.

    Also increasing ya core body temp can speed up metabolism slightly, so you burn more cal even in rest.

    Ok but the water goes straight back on once you drink water I assume?
    Would it help wit bloating??

    Well cut down sodium intake if ya got bloating.

    Sodium will make you retain water, low sodium and plenty of water actually flush's ya system and helps avoid bloat.

    So the steam room is actually good for you yes? I have been using the steam room for a while now but one of the other club members said itf full of germs WTF! I dont understand, its always, well almost always hot and its good for your skin I thought.

    the damp environment can make it a possible growing place for germs and bacteria, but if they bleach it regularly then it shouldn't be a problem
