I've been using a test e/test c mix for 3 mos a 250mg total every 4 days. Working out every other day and eating about 3000 cal per day. Gains have been good but not great. I am thinking about starting sus250(500 mg), deca (300mg) and d-bol(210mg) per week for 3 more mos. I have read I should take the same amount of time off as on gear. Can I run a cycle this long or must I take off 3 mos before starting this new mix?

3000 cals is not enough (prb why you arnt getting the gains you want)
yes time on + PCT = time off
what your pct ?
dbol should be ran for 5weeks , not 3 months.
6 months straight on cycle is very bad for many reasons, natural test lvls, blood pressure, thyroid etc.. do you get blood work once a month to monitor this ?
imo id get off go into PCT , take some time off .. jump into the diet forum read up there for awhile and get back on when you diet is perfect .

Going to use novadex for pct. Guess I,m being a little overzealous but I've heard of guys staying on for long cycles. Think I will add cals to diet. Thanks for the input.

check out the pct forum too, nolva by itself is a weak post cycle.
