    Anyone do 3 weeks on, 2 weeks off?

    Recently spoke to a IFBB pro who said this was the way to go. Just wondering if anyone uses this protocol and what their experiences are? What AAS do you use and what is PCT protocol like?

    2 weeks off isnt long enough to run a PCT, so by 3 on, 2 off your hormones would be yo-yo'ing like crazy.

    Whats ya age, stats, cycle n lifting experience etc?

    If you want to look like an IFBB pro, cycle like on. However, those guys are probably much less concerned about cholesterol levels and sexual function than your average bro.

    Very true.

    At there stage there prepared to make sacrifices like those mentioned above.. and also sacrificing PCT even though the likely hood is they end up on HRT early due to natty system damage.

    Sounds interesting, I 'm experimenting with 6 weeks on 4 weeks off right now (clen + clomid during the off period) but 3 on/2 off seems just too short

    What are you running??? 6 weeks is right in the meaty fun part of the cycle when you can start getting great gains! why interrupt it with 4 weeks of pct? then jump right back on again? still yoyoing IMO...

    depends, if he's running prop or suspention then 6 weeks would be easily enough, i second mastershakes' question, what are you running

    Right now, test en + winny 4 weeks through I hope with clomid and clen I will keep gaining in the off period (and test en probably will stay in the system for some time)
    maybe it will work maybe it won't

    why not? the book chemical wizardry has 2 weeks on/2weeks off cycle (called 2x4 cycle, still seems too short of duration to me) the idea is not to saturate the receptor sites, that what it says
    and by the way, I don't really need you to believe my claims about my experience
    it's not something I'm proud of anyway

    Well, your experience must be in how not to use AS, because that's not an experiment, thats just an exercise in effing up your nats and being a moody hormonal person. My hypothesis on your experiment is NO GAINS!

    well there on year roiund because if they go off theyll loose muscle so im sure what they do is run test deca tren get off and run higher dose of test then get back on the goods

    There are some interesting opinions on here and some individuals who seem to dismiss an idea of hand without really thinking about it. Doing 3 weeks on and 2 weeks off and then repeating severla times with PCT every other time (and using short esters) doesn't give your natural test long enough to shut down and doesn't saturate the androgen receptors. yes, you only make small gains but they are consistent gains.

    Just wondering if anyone had done this.

    Wouldn't say so...he showed me his blood results for the last 3 years and he was very concerned about his general health.

    U use to do 4on4off and i would have sum wicked sides from my blood levels going up and down all the time. Id have acne like a 15yr old kid workn at mc.donalds, emotions were a hassle and i feel i need more then 4wks to recover from a cycle...

    5 foot 8
    252lbs
    15% bf (just finished mass cycle)
    7 years lifting experience. 2 years using AAS.

    But as for gains go they were(obviously)not as good as a long cycle. I can gain more in 12-16 weeks then i can a yr of 4on4off and i feel 100%better...

    you're wrong if you don't think three weeks of a short ester shuts you down... it absolutely does!
