T4 and Clen liquid?

I have searched, read, Googled and PM but dont have an answer yet.

I was recommended a certain un-named site to check out the T4 and clen. It appears both are in liquid form. 30ml @ 150mcg/ml T4 and 30ml @ 200mcg/ml Clen. Is this for home brew or how is it taken? Sorry for the newbie question but I did search and been reading for days but have not found my answer.

And of course just after posting I found my answer to the Clen question, how about the L-T4? I still don't know if this is orally ingested or meant to use some other way.
