T3, but stats, cycle experience, goals etc?
^^^^t3 and t4 are similar yet different, t4 breaks down in the body to become t3 but running t4 IMO is better because the effects are slower and therefore easier to control, clen/t3 have been known to cause catabolism(eating of the muscle) even at low doses though t4 won't as much, or at all, because of it's slower conversion rate
are you running clen during pct cause that i would advice against
also how are you running the clen? what doses and cycle method?
Well it is working for me, and tell me why you would be against that, can't just say that and have no back-up reason.
120mcg a day, Going to run it for a month and I have my Benadryl on me.
i'm against clen during pct for a couple reasons
(1) there is no human evidence that suggests clen has anticatabolic properties, the studies done were on horses which have way more beta receptors than us, and on rats with very high doses, so until a human study comes out i'll stand that clen has no anticatabolic effects
(2) the purpose of pct is to keeps gains and to do that you need calories for your body to feed off of. the clen is going to raise your metabolism which is going to cause your body to burn more calories, increasing your chances of losing some gains
(3) some of the experienced users on here have told me they actually lost lbm while on clen alone with no AS, which tells me that while on pct your chances of losing gains is at least moderate
anyway, i wouldn't risk it if i cycled
