Orals versus injectables

Because I am new to this, I have found out that anabolic steroids can be taken in either oral or injectable form. Are injectables preferred because I heard that they do directly into the bloodstream and offer faster results whilst orals have been linked to liver cancer? How real is the threat of liver cancer when using orals for a long period of time?

to answer your second question, orals are modified to bypass the liver the first time and are broken down by it on the second pass, which is very hard on it. if you run orals for too long your liver will die, simple as that

i dont get how that answers his question lol,
