now my question is i want to be taking clen with it , i see alot of posts about clen about 2weeks on 2weeks off werks best then i see 1 week on 1 week off works best so im all over the place here.
i've done two off and two on, but i perfer running for 8 weeks straight with the benedryl/keto method, Anthony Roberts posted a study on clen that showed no difference in results between two test groups during two weeks of clen use with one group performing clen+exercise and the other just using clen which would suggest a longer run of clen being optimal
given my stats and goals im thinkin first 3 days looks like this
day1 60mcg
day2 80mcg
day3 100mcg ( and not going any higher for rest of the days)
which is better 2on 2off or 1on 1 off?
also will be doign eca on days off of clen.
running ECA and clen together is an old myth and not a good idea. The reason behind this is that ephedrine stimulates the same beta receptors as clen but in addition ephedrine hits everything around them as well, so running them back to back never allows the beta's to upregulate which results in back results and damage to the receptors over a period of time
