    1st Cycle for me.

    Alright so I've pretty much covered my research and am ready to launch. I've put together my cycle and am curious to know what anyone here might have to say about it. My goal of this cycle is to put on at least 20 lbs (ill be eating 7 meals a day with some creatine and protein shakes and maybe some animal pack).

    Workout sch.:
    Mon: Legs
    Tue: Chest and Back
    Wed: Abs and Calves
    Thu: Legs
    Fri: Chest and Back
    Sat: Arms and Sholders
    Sun: off or abs and calves if im up for it

    My cycle:
    Dbol - 25mg - ED for 5 weeks
    Test E. - 250mg - once a week for 10 weeks.
    Deca D. - 250mg - once a week for 10 weeks.

    PCT: bought some Nolvadex but am not sure if i should also be getting HCG . Been reading some articles and am very much leaning towards using that in addition. (suggestions for pcts would be gladly appreciated)

    he wrote that he was 19, bro your not near your genetic potential yet, i know you feel it's time to use AS, i'm in your same boat cause i'm 18, but it's not worth it yet, post your diet and let us critique it and i bet you you'll start gaining

    How do i know when ive reached my genetic potential? what does that mean?

    at 19, with proper diet and training you should easily be able to reach 200lbs naturally.

    when you cant grow anymore. if you hit the diet forum youll be happy. im not ging to say you won gain from steroids bause id be lying but you will not hold on to your gains because your diet is not right.

    then put it away and use it later, if stored right it'll last for a while, or throw it away

    read this, it'll tell you about genetic potential and when you should start taking AS
    Whats the right age to take steroids (GOOD READ)

    Oh and when you say the roids will last a while, how long do you think if you were to give me a number? A year maybe?

    stored in a dark, room temperature place they will hold for years.
