Ive searched on ECA on here and other forums, and I keep getting 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, some people saying 2 weeks is too short and do 8 weeks, some say 8 is too long and go for 6 weeks then 2 weeks off.........
the 2 that I see the most are the 6 weeks straight and the 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, is 2 weeks enough to see any results truly??? and is 6 weeks long enough that my body will get used to it??![]()
