    Quick Question

    ok, im 22 and im about 230 lbs. at 6' tall. i just started working out for the first time in a few years and im about 20-30 lbs over where i want to be. i dont want to be huge, i just want to look fit and toned. i am eating healthy now and regularly doing weight lifting and cardio.(5x a week)

    Q: what can i take to speed up my fat loss and maybe help me gain a little more muscle faster? i dont want to stay with steroids, i just want to get back to where i was in high school. id like to weigh around 200-210.
    i have heard that Winni burns fat like crazy but then i have heard that it doesnt. what should i take??????

    Where did you hear that? It is FALSE.

    How is your actual bodyfat?
    I advise to cut it to a decent amount before taking any compound.

    Post your diet here or in the diet forum to be sure it is really in check.

    its not perfect(my diet) im new to this. i watch my fat intake and i have been taking in a lot of protien. i drink a protein shake after each workout. i eat a bowl of special k for breakfast. i eat subway for lunch. and i eat a good dinner, whatever my wife makes. usually chicken or fish. no fried foods. i got married so i have gained a lot of fat from being comfortable and eating out a lot. so my body fat is a lot more than i want.

    You absolutely need a better and well planned strict diet if you wanna lose that fat, stay away from chemicals for now.
    With only three meals a day you will easily lose muscles while on a cutting diet, read the stickies in the diet forum to fully understand the principle of dieting.
