What's goin on guys!
I'm trying to determine what's a good amount of calories for the below cutting cycle:
Weeks 1-10: 650mg test
Weeks 5-10: 50mg/ed winny tabs
Based on my height and weight (6'0 221 18% bf), I calculated around 2500/day consisting of 281 protein, 233 carbs (80% complex), and 47 fat. I finished my mass cycle a couple of months ago and I'm still eating around 5000 calories/day. I'm gonna be lowering the calories by about 400 a week until I reach 2500.
I need some opinions as to if I should lower the 2500 some more. I want to reap the most benefits out of taking the juice for 10 weeks to preserve muscle mass but obviously don't want to starve myself. By the way, I workout 5 times a week consisting of 20 minutes HIIT cardio and a weight training split.
Any thoughts or opinions are greatly appreciated.
