    Up 10-pounds!

    OK...OK... this is my 9th day on my first cycle, a cycle of test c and eq. I made a big change in my diet and I am consuming more clean calories and drinking a ton of water. Not perfect, but a good change on the diet. I am now 209lbs, added 1" around abdomen (not good). I am not going to modify the diet yet, but I am going to add 4-days of 20-min (140-150 H.R.) after my workouts to try not to ADD any more around the belly.

    Just finished legs today with my boys and my strength in legs and my last chest workout has really jumped. I usually don't max out, but the last couple of workouts, I've pushed it heavier and I am stronger than I have ever been. I also notice that I don't really get tired, I could keep going even after an hour to hour and 15mins workout. My oldest tries to keep up and on legs he is right there... not today, not only did I beat him in strength, but he was done by the end of the workout and I was still ready for more.

    Is this the cycle kicking in, in my head, food or all of the above? Just seam quicker than what I thought, but I'm liking it!! BTW, I did frontload.

    with the frontloading you could be getting water retention already, that would be my bet, are you really gyno prone or do you know? you could try decreasing sodium or using a sauna to excrete sodium

    You shouldnt start seeing results until week 4-6. These gains could be due to your clean diet and maybe water retention

    You do have to take into account the amount of food you are eating. the 1" around the abdomen is OBVIOUSLY not fat just a shit load of waste/shit sittin in your guts waiting to come out. Is this your first cycle because you would be amazed at the placebo effect. Oh and the 4-6 wks to c results I disagree. Why would people do 8-12wk cycle to just to start to see results and then stop. If a person is working a muscle 1-2 times per wk the he starts to c results and then 8 workouts later stops. Cypionate is out of your system in 10 or 12 days. that is fully metabolized. At 500mg that would be almost the same as doing prop at 100mg eod. My opinion is it part placebo, part diet, and part roids/water retention. Keep eating and pushing bro and you'll be very happy.

    i disagree^^^, the test won't kick in till week 5-6, but that's just the time when test levels are at their highest, he can still get water retention and other sides in those first 1-5 weeks

    i would agree with comsol1 about the increase in food intake and therefore waist increase because of that
