OK...OK... this is my 9th day on my first cycle, a cycle of test c and eq. I made a big change in my diet and I am consuming more clean calories and drinking a ton of water. Not perfect, but a good change on the diet. I am now 209lbs, added 1" around abdomen (not good). I am not going to modify the diet yet, but I am going to add 4-days of 20-min (140-150 H.R.) after my workouts to try not to ADD any more around the belly.
Just finished legs today with my boys and my strength in legs and my last chest workout has really jumped. I usually don't max out, but the last couple of workouts, I've pushed it heavier and I am stronger than I have ever been. I also notice that I don't really get tired, I could keep going even after an hour to hour and 15mins workout. My oldest tries to keep up and on legs he is right there... not today, not only did I beat him in strength, but he was done by the end of the workout and I was still ready for more.
Is this the cycle kicking in, in my head, food or all of the above? Just seam quicker than what I thought, but I'm liking it!! BTW, I did frontload.
