    arimidex water retention

hi, i am planning a cycle,

    weeks 1 - 10: 500mg test enth/wk
    weeks 4 - 12: 50mg winny/day
    weeks 13 - 16: PCT
hoping to lose a few pounds n get ripped. basically i want to keep water retention to a minimum (so i know i should have gone for test prop but i wanted to miminise injections) and have some arimidex on standby, what dosage of arimidex if effective at keeping water retention at nill? can you actually achieve zero water retention with arimidex or only lower it? many thanks. Jay

start with .25mg EOD, if results r not good, go for .5 EOD if not good yet, then try .25 ED.
.25 ED works great for me. good luck

yeah, it did to my surprise.
when i was on 750 mg/week Test E. it was a better result at .25 ED, alot less blood pressure and bloat.
