    confused about cardio

Hi guys I've posted only a few times here but have been reading and gaining info for a while. My last post was on cardio and Anavar . I am confused as to the best way to do cardio. I know I'm supposed to do it first thing in the am but should I be running or walking at an incline? My diet is in check I was just concerned about which one would burn more fat without burning muscle.
    Thanks

You really do not burn muscle when you do cardio unless your and elite level marathon runner. Probably the most typical running protocol would be to do at least thirty minutes of cardio at a heart rate of around 70% of your max heart rate. Walking is also good to, and is not as high impact as running.

Well first off this is the wrong forum to post this question in... I think you'd get more responses if you posted this in the workout forum. I personally think incline walking is great as well as the stationary bike.... Just monitor your heart rate and get it to where you want it for best fat burning..... I think you would want it at 65% of your max heart rate but i'm not for certain. I usually get mine up between 150-165ish... I'm 27 205lbs so I'm not sure if thats right or not but it seems to be good...
