    Help With Clen

    sup fellas kinda new here and ive been looking into doin some clen my question is i wanna cycle it but if i buy lions liquid clen , how much will i need? is one of those bottles enough? thanks alot

    enough for what, how long do you want to run it? at what dosage? what are you going to use for up regulation?

    well from what ive read its cycled for 6-8 weeks? im 6'2 259 tryin to get down to at least 220lbs...at what dosage would u recommend i run it ?
