First cycle of test enth

I need some advice. I just started my first cycle of test enth, 250 mg a week. I have read that for post cycle recovery a few weeks of nova or arimidex was good, any advice.

Do nolva and aromasin for PCT.

Don't expect massive gains on 250mg per week, but you should get some good steady solid gains.

I started on that to see how my body would react. If i can get 10 solid lbs by the end of my cycle i will be happy. Then ill go from there. Thanks for the advice!

I did 300mg per week for 10 weeks for my first cycle and put on 27 pounds. You should do well if everything is solid such as diet, etc.

how are the sides on only 250mg a week?

on my first 250 cycle i had no sides, but heard its actually better 500 a week for consistent levels but not sure if that true

Pheedno's PCT

I'm planning my first test cycle in Aug. and plan on running Pheedno's pct protocoll. There are a few different options ppl use for pct. I think it's also a good idea to find out what works best for you.
