    Clen Dosing

    I am 215 lbs and 15% bf. Recently, I have changed by diet and I am eating much cleaner. I going to take Clen but I don't know exactly how much to use and for how long. Someone told me 12 days on (80 mcg) and 7 days off (EC). Is this correct? and how long do I take it for? How do you break down the dosages througout the day?
