You should work a little more on weight training to gain more mass which will help with your BF

you need to focus on more cardio. get yourself a good 30-45 mins everyday. check out the diet and workout forums and you will get a good look at what you need to do to get those last few pounds off. and if you really are wanting to use clen then just do some research on it. look up perfectbeast's clen fac. everything you need to know pretty much is in there.

i feel like a dumbass lol......
i am so glad i joined here and decided to ask some opinions.

So Weights then Cardio......... past years and years i done it backwards...

and i think im going to try Clen ... from Hubei lab.

is it ok for me to ask what price i should look around?? or is that also against the rule?

i agree about upping the cardio but i recall an article i saw (can;t remember where) but they did a study of weight/resistance training vs. cardio for overall metaoblism boost. The resistance/weight training despite not burning more during the workout ended up burning more calories overall then cardio alone (over a 24hr period) due to the amount it upped your metabolism. Had something to do with the actual breakdown of muscle and how your body has to use energy to rebuild the muscle.

i've read something similar, i believe it said 6-8 reps was an optimal range for building muscle via hypertrophy and shocking nervous system, which both enhanced metabolic function and thus together created a synergetic effect
