    Started my cycle

    So here is some info:
    29 years old; 155lbs, 10% body fat, 5' 8", this is going to be me first real cycle, although I have done a botched cycle last year consisting of Deca 300 and test Prop 300 I did one cc of each a week for like 10 weeks with no PCT , I had no knowledge back then at all, and the guy I bought from was no help.

    So I started my new cycle on Monday 4/28. I took 500mg of Test E, 300mg of deca, I have 3 X 10ML bottles of Test E 250mg; 2 X 10ML of Deca 300mg. I am front loading my first 2 shots, Monday and Thurs injects @ 500 Mg Test E, and 300 mg of deca, then after that I will be doing 2 shots every 3 days of Test E and Deca. 500 Mg a week total of Test and 300mg a week of deca, so 250 and 150 2 times a week. I swear I already started to have signs of gyno, so I am taking Liquidex, every day at .50mg. I am gonna run the test for about 12 weeks and the Deca for 10 weeks, and will start PCT a couple of days after my last injection. What would you guys recommend for my PCT? I was thinking Clomid and Nolva or Aromasin. I have Liquidex and Letro on hand right now to battle any gyno problems. Also would you say I should use any Clen half way into the cycle to keep my water retention down or should the Liquidex do a pretty good job at that? Thanks for any help guys

    I take in about 3900- 4200 calories a day on work out days and about 3700 on non work out days. 300- 350 grams Protein, 450 or so carbs, and 70 -90 grams of fat. most coming from peanut butter or sources like that. I did my right glute and prepped everything like letting the bottles rest in warm water for about 10 minutes before inject used 23g 1" needle, I have no fat on my glutes so its a pretty easy job, it hurt a bit probably because I did so much on my first shot and I think I might have done it too fast, but It was anoying me so I did my best, made sure I didnt hit a vein before injecting. I think I will inject left glute on Thurs, any other sugestions that may help, I also messaged area for about 2 minutes after inject.

    I was researching a Test E / Deca cycle and was advised to do the Anthony Robert's PCT. Check it out in the PCT forum. I'm doing the Pheedno PCT for my past cycle, but not sure if it's as appropriate for yours.

    L-Dex should decrease the amount of water weight you put on. That really isn't what clen is used for. Letro on hand is a good thing.

    As a side note, you are really light for starting a cycle. Either you're not taking in nearly as many calories as you think you are, or you just started that diet, because there is no way you consume 4200 calories a day routinely and weigh 155lbs unless you are doing cross country.

    yeah my whole life i never really gained weight it was very hard If you see how much food I can eat you would be amazed too.. I eat every 2 hours usually like a 6 oz checken breast and brown rice or a potato, or salmon and spinach or brocolli, steak rice, etc. everyone is liek it must be nice to eat soo much and not be gaining any weight and I am always telling them I am tryign to but it just isnt happening, If i wanted too I can just eat and eat and eat lol. As far as the diet , I have been really strict on the current one for about 3 months now, but I have a feeling I will make some great gains form this cycle and I plan on trying to keep most of it. I will keep you all posted I am also gonna try and take before and after pics liek once a week to show progression.

    also should I just cut doing cardio right now? I only do about 8- 12 minutes 3 times a week right now. Or should I do even more?
