if i take letro but i dont have gyno and its just fat what will happen?

not sure if i do have gyno as people say i have and i havent? so if i take letro just in case it is gyno what will happen? would it still kill all the water weight? would it do nothing? would it help with my strict diet?

if your water retention is caused by estrogen due to AS then it will kill it, aside from that it will just decrease your estrogen levels and no effect on diet that i know of

what does it feel like, gyno should feel like little lumps, your nipples might be sore or itchy

not sore not ichy and no lumps i can punch or pinch my nip and doesnt feels sore, the only reason i think it could be gyno is that i dont have much fatt on my top half?

Water will have an effect on water retention, but no effect on general fat.

Diet, cardio and improving the muscle in the area to fill out a bit more are ya only options.

Diet and cardio been the main area to concentrate on.
