need help with a work out routine for mass and a good diet....
hey guys im 1 week in and im wanting to try a new diet and a better work out routine....im doing high weight and less reps right now and only doing one muscle groop a day.....and im eating 4000 cals and 300 g of protien ed but want a good planed out diet......any help would be great.....thanks guys

just to get as big ass i can i dont care to be cut but want to bulk up first then i can cut down later

i'd advise you stop now! hopefully ur natty test isnt shut down to much, if it is do a pct...
you say you want a new diet and workout... this should have been planned out from the beginning before you really harm yourself... look in the diet forum, at the bulk diet.... and the workout section... you can do anyworkout, a good one would be the slingshot... but thats JMO...
