I'm not a frequent poster on here, and I try to help when I can, but it definitely gets frustrating with the same first-timer questions from people who probably shouldn't be using.

You say you can't put on weight - "I eat healthy" isn't enough to give you advice. Post in the diet forum. I guarantee you will find a diet that will make you put on weight. Take in more calories than your body uses and you won't defy the laws of biology.

As far as the cycle I don't know much about EQ so I'll let someone more experienced chime in. It's definitely not the key to adding 10-15lbs of solid muscle though, and adding another compound in your first cycle to make up for its shortcomings isn't the best option. Probably should have been a test only cycle, but I don't think you are ready for that.

You are three weeks in - I would stop, figure out a diet, gain some weight if that is your goal, learn your body, and then research a more appropriate cycle.

Despite probably coming off like a dick, I am trying to help you which is why I post.

hey bud, u said u have gained anyweight in TWO years...wow then check your deit again. If u are not eating all your protein then u wont gain shit ,,,, i mean u have to aet at least 1 gram per pound. So if u weigh 175lbs u sould eat 175 grams of protein everyday....
