    Thumbs up Check out my new cycle for the summer.

    EQ - week #1-15 (600mgs per week / 3 shots of 200mgs each)
    Prop - week #1-5 (450mgs per week / 3 shots of 150mgs each)
    Tren - week #8-15 (225mgs per week / 3 shots of 75mgs each)
    Test Blend - week #6-15 (650mgs per week / 2 shots of 325mgs each)
    Winny Orals - week #10-15 (50mgs per day / 1 pill per day)

    Have letro on hand

    and like the anthony roberts pct....

    Im 6" 310...
    I've done 4 cycles before this one
    i have been working out for 10 years and have always been a big kid...

    Deit:
    I am going to try and eat 6 meals a day (3 food meals and 3 shakes)

    45-60mins of cardio everyday- i know it is going to get hard when the tren kicks in but i will have to fight it.

    My goal is to get down to 290 but a good 290 i think is a very reasable goal...

    I've been doing bodybuilding shows for the last 6 years, been in Mr. Florida and placed 3rd and trust me what i am about to tell you. If your lookingn to carry mass and get ripped...cardio everyday can take away from your mass. Believe it or not you burn more cals during a hard work out then you do sitting on a tredmill and losing muscle..3 time a week on a bike for 40 minutes is plenty dude trust me. Also with the meals your wanting to take and the shit ur juicing with, you will never get down to 290..you will be at 390 before you lose weight..rememeber muscle + fat which one is heavier..few thoughts i would share.

    yeah i misread the post lol. really looks like a kick ass cycle. u might actually think about upping the eq - 750has always worked alot better then 600 for me.

    i will not be up to 390 before i lose the weight. My friend was same weight as me and he is down to 260...with a good diet anything is possible...290 is only 20lbs thats nothing.

    I would try and keep the shakes to a minimum of 1 to 2 per day and increase your whole food intake. As long as your macros add up is all that counts too.

    i never did oral winny...is it as good as the shoots...i dont want to inject myself everyday....plus i dont like water based stuff..

    You should know that the compounds you mentioned (prop, tren A, test blend) have all to be injected EOD.
    You're contrarily planning on shot them every 3 days sometimes, and expecially for the blend, every 3.5 days.
    The blend contains some prop too, for sure and this will bring you to shot it EOD to keep blood levels stable.
    "try and eat" is not definitely the right way of thoughts, you have to plan a very strict diet if you really wanna get ripped.

    What is your actual bodyfat?

    Dont know my bodyfat....the only fat i got on me is in the Stomach area...shoulder,arms,legs are all good...sorry cant find the pic right now

    I still do what to shoot winny...had a bad experience with water based gear and bacterica so i will stick to the oils and orals..and the "try and eat" thing..i was just saying that because i worked messed up hour so i will try and get 6 meals in but if i get 5 meals im happy....

    So be sure those meals are solid and not processed food like shakes.
    You didn't catch my advice though. If the gear is solved in oil it doesn't mean it can be injected longer than EOD, it depends mainly on the ester it's binded to.
    Not only water based injections have to be injected frequently, but also short estered compounds like test prop, tren A, mast etc.
    Short esters have a shorter time of activity (halflife), so you have to inject them more frequently than the long esters in order to keep their activity high and to not create leaps in the blood.

    i never had problems to do cardio on tren and i was doing 45 minutes a day, only when i stop juice and tren cardio was hard for me

    i was thinking about getting some t3 and clen (both liquid) from ar-r ...., Clen is 30mL 200mcg/mL and i dont know what the T3. Can you guys help how would i run this stuff..

    One more thing what is a supp call keto. i was trying to read what it but camt find anything....
