Base before starting a cycle?
I have read alot of threads on here and eveyone ask stats when someone goes on a cycle. I am still building a base before I want to start a cycle. I have been a trainer for 3yrs now and been working out hard for a good 4yrs. I am 22yrs old 5"11 , 12%BF, and I weigh 184lbs. I want to get some input on how big naturally I should get before beggining a cycle. I would be planning on doing a basic newb cycle runing Test 500wk, and maybe D-bol first 4 weeks. With a good pct; info I've gotten from reading the forums. I would just like to hear some suggestions and opinions on when one should start there first cycle and whatever anyone else wants to throw in.

your a personal trainer and you look like that?
20lbs in 4 years?
im a personal trainer also, so if you are what you say you are you would not be asking to do AAS rite now and should NOT be at 5'11 184 12bf% and that you need to be working on your diet and training.

if he wants me too i will, i like asking people because if they ask me for them then i figure they will probably read them
not to sound like an ass, but i'm not a "certified trainer", yet i've trained some of the trainers at three of the health clubs where i live and i was asked to write the workouts for our football players over the workout proposed by a coach at the local college that was writing them
just because someone's a trainer doesn't mean they know much, not saying ya'll don't, just saying some don't

I'm down for the diet help. I just recently in the last 6 months cared about my diet. I know how to eat but i just now decided to do it for myself.
And just because someone is a trainer doesn't mean they have to be jacked. I didn't get in the industry for myself but for my clients. And sorry I don't go get jacked in the gym and come home and flex and take photo's. Not my style. Thats me thats who I am, I am just now making training my body my life. I wanted to get my life in order first. You can't judge someone by a picture bro.

I know doctors that smoke.
Does that mean they don't know how to treat a patient?
