    has anyone tried sample stacks on the site

    hi everyone i am new to the site i am just wondering has anyone tried the sample stacks ie advanced cycles i am looking to put on as much lean mass as possible and keep down water retension i am 30 years of age 6ft 3 and weigh 264 pounds have been training on and of over the years and have started back seriously at it 8 months ago any help and advice would be much appreciated thanks

    no if you click on the word stack or cycle you will see the example cycles i was looking at the advanced ones my body fat is about 24 at the minute but i am still dieting and loads of cv still have about 2 months of that to do before i consider going on a course i just want to do some more research to make sure i get the right things to do the job

    Don't even think about steroids yet, you need to cut that fat first.
    Steroids can mess up with your cholesterol and become so dangerous.
    You could even become fatter.
    Plan a strict diet and do cardio at empty stomach everyday, you'll be impressed on how this STACK can do.

    reminds me of a buddy of mine. hes 230 now and has a weight problem and cholesterol throw the roof and id say hes a good 20%bF now

    ahh right - misread, sorry.

    Novice cycle 1 - thats the one to go for when you are ready for aas.

    Many guys start on that cycle, and should start on that cycle.

    But your not ready and aas wont help cut fat.
    As for now you need to cut bf% first for the above reasons given.

    i totally agree as i said still a few months to go before i do a course diet at the minute is breakfast oatmeal oz
    10am 200g turkey 200g rice

    1o clock same as ten
    3o clock protein shake
    8o clock 200g of turkey 200g of veg
    i am also taking multi vit vit c and amino acids
    i was just trying to find out what would be the best lean mass cours to do thanks for the help

    i have done a course last year deca-pronabol 4ml a week and test enanthate 4ml a week did that for 12 weeks i lost a few pounds on that but did not geet great results dew to bad diet and listening to morans i have a big frame and dont look fat but i under stand i have to get bf down before i try a course

    what sort of diet do i need to use to get down the bf and what sort of supplements should i use fat burners if so what are the best ones to use really need some help on this

    thanks chucklee but how do i work out what intake i need for my weight should i just go to a diet nutritionist and get this done right from the start .what sort of bf% do i have to get down to before i start a course

    Go to active dot com. There are fitness calculators you can use to find out Basal Metabolic Rate, maintenance calories for current weight, and go from there. I filled in your info and moderate activity level (I guessed), and you need 3688 calories to maintain. I would jump down to about 3000 calories a day, split into multiple meals. I like 55% protein/30% carbs/15% fats. Start with that, and adjust on progress.

    I'll take it a bit further for you... That breaks down to 412 grams of protein/225 grams of carbs/50 grams of fat.

    Drink LOTS of water, 2 gallons/day if you can.

    Don't bother with pills, supplements, etc. Save the money for all the chicken you will be buying. You could add a daily protein shake/bar for convenience if you want.
