    first injection

    k i did my first injection yesterday and i have the crazy knot every one talks about ..how can i prevent this and will all injections be like this

    its very common for vergin muscles to do that. the more you inject the less this should happen. just rub it out and add heat to it to try and lessin the knot.

    rubbing it definitely helps
    i did t400 for my first shot and it didn't hurt the day of... the day after, and the next day, it hurt like a bitch, like someone booted my in the ass with a steel toe. you will get over it, and it wont be as bad as you go on you will get used to it
