    Talking Clen/T3 and Diet Check

    Hello everyone, I am just trying to get some advice on my regiment and any feedback would be great. Below is what I am doing on a daily basis:

    Clen :120mcg per day for 2 weeks
    T3: 100mcg per day for 2 weeks (i taper down on the last few days)

    0430: No-exploded powder
    0500: Hit the weights for an hour M-F
    0600: 30 minutes of cardio
    0630: Serving of Cell Mass
    0700: 50 grams of EAS protein powder drink in water
    0900: 6 hard boiled eggs
    1200: Sandwich (usually turkey, cheese, and mustard) with a 25 gram
    protein bar and some fresh vegetables
    1400: 50 grams of EAS protein powder drink in water
    1700: Dinner (usually salmon or chicken, with some corn or green beans)
    1900: 50 grams of EAS protein powder drink in water.
    2100: SLEEP!!!!!

    So far I have been VERY happy with the results but I am still an amatuer. I have worked out for 3 years now but during that time my diet sucked (still might) and I did NO supplements of any sort.

    I am trying to find that middle ground where I am building muscle but burning fat at the same time. I am not looking to get hugh, but I am 5'7, 160lb and about 15% BF. Would like to get to 170lb with 10% BF.

    Also, I am taking a 2 week break from the clen/t3, is there anything I need to know when off of it? I know to stay away from caffine, but can I do rip fuel or any other supplement?

    not a fan of ur diet i would add some more whole foods instead of all those shakes
