You have to drink plenty of fluids as well, or it can constipate you. Whats your fluid intake like?
well i thought i was drinking enough. about one and a half every day sometimes two. ive never had this prob before. but i thought i read all the sides possible didnt know i would get constipated
gallons of water.. sorry
maybe its not the clen. Shouldn't be that bad
prolly not i ll just keep on eating these raisins and prunes, oh well i live. thanks a lot
What about your fiber intake? I'm on day 12 of my 1st clen run...Like you, I too have been unable to have a bowel movement of any real substance. I have upped my fiber intake, which has helped a little.
If you macros allow it, a Fiber1 bar has 4g fat, 29g carb, 9g fiber, 2g protein. I eat 2 of these a day with my protein shakes.
I have been putting a lot of beneFiber in my protein shakes maybe it just takes a little more time for my body to adjust to the clen. I hate that feeling of being of stopped up though. i appreiciate it
Yeah, I have had the same issue. I get plenty of fiber, plenty of water. Definately still get backed up a bit. Never went days without any action though, that seems a little extreme.....Oh and if your taking clen, Im assuming your trying to cut, so DONT eat raisins, High GI, lots of sugar, not very conducive to cutting, plenty of better whole food options for fiber, use some metamucil or something if you must.

Some changes on your diet coulde cause that kind of issues.
Though I've had constipation in the first days of ephedrine intake...

you could try an over the counter stool softener..... a week without a bowel movement is actually quite serious if this is not normal for you. you could actually get septic from this. are you passing gas at least? i would cease whatever you are taking and get some stool softener and focus on a bowel movement. you could have a fecal impaction or paralytic ileus. you may even consider a type of enema, maybe a Fleet.
Wow you must feel be shitty. Sorry I had to throw that in. I actually suffer from chronic constipation (genetic thing). I would recommend taking metamucil 3 times a day. Let me know if that works. In terms of not going to the bathroom in one week you might consider an over the counter laxative.
Last dose of Clen was on Saturday. This morning whilst at the gym, I was able to take my first solid bowel movement since starting the Clen. Diet, water intake, supplements are the same. Only variable that has changed is the Clen.
Normally stims do the opposite to me, as they make me have to use the bathroom. Not true whilst on Clen (for myself anyways).
Still not back to being my "regular" self. Decided to pick up some high fiber low carb tortilla's. Hopefully the 8g fiber per tortilla will help...next step is Benefiber.
Give Metamucil a chance dude, honestly it works.
try drinking organic prune juice or eating organic prunes (juice tastes shitty) i like eating prunes better. you can find them at wal-mart h-e-b or any grocery store. Prunes always work for me.
5 days into my 2nd Clen run. This time around I'm having normal bowel movements. Not sure why, as nothing has changed. Diet/Training/Water/Supps are the same as the 1st run???
any time I have problems (rarely) I do the prune juice trick and I'm good to go in an hour or two butt be prepared because when it's time it's time. Prune juice is a lot better for you also than any thing else.
Only time I had problem was when I was taking 3x750mg vicodine at one time + 1 valium + 1 morphine 3x a day for over a week.![]()
i had no problems with bowel movements while on clen
