hey people. started my cycle 2 weeks ago. im 23 6'1 235pds. 15%BF was 20% been eating good and this is not my 1st cycle. i decied to go with
test E 250mg E5D. and DBOL 30mg ED for just the 1st 4 weeks. and thats it. got a few questions do i need to take anything else? i was reading about something you take so the test wont turn into estrogen arome_something i think. how does my PCT sound 14 days after last shot. clomid 100mgs ED and 20mg of nolva ED.

do a little research and you will find answers. arimidex for the cycle. clomid and nolva are good for pct. how long are you going to run the test? i am assuming the 4 weeks only is for the dbol. i would also do the test closer to every 3 to 4 days. imo this would be better.

everything looks good man beside the test e i would do it every 3-4 days as he sadi above do it every tues-fri or something like that not so far apart

up your nolvadex to 40mg for the fist week of your 4 week pct. be careful with the clomid as it has some nasty sides in some such as imparied vision.

test e 250mgs every 3rd day.
pct 14 days after last shot.
40mg nolva ED first week followed by 20mg ED from week 2-4
extend your cycle to 12 weeks.
