    ok so i have been on d bol for 5 days.....

    hey guys whats up im 5 days in on the d bol and 2 weeks in on test e 500mg a week mon and tues and eq 400mg mon and tues. I started taking 50 mg of d bol, but then was told on here to do 40mg ed split up threwought the day so the next 4 days i took 20mg am 10mg pre work out and 10mg with my dinner. so my question is should i feel them by now and already be seening size?? cause my boy thinks i look like i got bigger and i am getting crazy pumps and after doing bi's today i felt a crazy tight tingle in my arms like they were going numb it was a rush.....is this weird or could the test e be starting to work????

    test e takes several WEEKS to really start to hit. If you're feeling anything it would be the d-bol, and yes you should start to see some strength/size increases from the d-bol by now.

    my stats

    diet 4000 cals a day 200g of protien gym 5 days a week an hour a day. im 24 5'10'' 175 pounds.

    and what should i start to notice when the test and eq kick in??

    also u should up your protein intake...at 175 u should be consuming 1 1/2 to 2G of protien per lb. eat big to get big

    yea man...at least..but dont try to knock it all out in 1 meal...eat and workout like u want to gain muscle
