Diet: Low Carb\High Protien - 4-5 small meals a day for my weight loss
Now I'm jumping on something a friend has guided me towards, he knows a decent amount about cycles and how to acheive what I am looking to acheive. I'm basically looking to cut fat loss i will be doing cardio 2-3 times a week while on this cycle and will be going to the gym twice a day most likely. This cycle seems very productive to me and seems like it will produce my goals
