    First time...need answers

    I'm 5'7 and I way about 165 and I have hardly no body fat and want to start a cycle. I take whey protein and workout like crazy. I took sustanon about 5 years ago and had good results, but had no idea really what I was doing at the time. I did not take any antiestrogens, I did not cycle off slowly or anything. I wouldn't mind doing it again, I just want to do it the right way this time.... Any help... Thanks

    first step is to read this site for a couple days , read up on the diet, workout, pct sections and the steroid profiles.

    I don't have a specific diet, but I eat healthy for the most part. Starts something like
    Morning: eggs or oatmeal
    Between: protein bar or shake
    Lunch: chicken breast w/ a spinach salad...something green or tuna fish sandwich
    Between: protein bar or shake
    Dinner: Fish & vegs

    This is pretty close, but I do change it up a little

    Yeah, I'm pretty cut up now, but I just want some more size. I was wondering what to take. I thought about sustanon again, because that is what I had tried in the past. I'm not sure exactly how I should do it again. When I took it before I had no idea what I was doing, just took a shot every 6 days and that was it... nothing else. So if I did it again i want to do it the right way.

    you should tweak your diet, that way you will get more out of a cycle.

    i think you should eat a bit more than that my be 5 meals daily and about 4 shakes?
