I have massive sleeping issues obviously since its 4:30am here in Texas. Question is; does anyone else have issues, and will it continue on my cycle or get better?

i have sleep issues too bro.. what are your stats and your planned cycle?
5'9 170lbs im 24. Took my first cycle little over a year ago with test 200 (8 weeks injected. do it myself and damn good at it! hahaha)
I just got some Test E 300mg. I shot today 1cc.
My goal is to get up to 180-185ish.
I have a strong work out plan and good diet. Day on day off.
I have protein, amino, Vitamins, I eat the proper carbs and calories.
nobody can really tell. some people have problems sleeping on certain steroids like tren but personally i sleep just fine on it(except for sweating like a pig). if you already have serious sleep problems then im sure your perscribed ambiem or another sleep aid.
I have tried ambiem and it worked great.... sleeping that is. It just made me feel weird the next day like I had no energy. Tylenol PM was a good friend of mine but I dont take to many a week just because I dont want any issues with freaking Tylenol...
yeah bro i take the hell out to tylenol pm.. i have to if not i wont sleep for shit.. but like said before if you have pronblems now you can have more problems while on cycle. but it verys from person to person.
Hmmm You guys know of something I can throw in my diet to help out? I can eat turkey all day and not feel sleepy.
i find i sleep better on test, thats just me though.
Well they say not to eat late at night but if you're on aas i think it will only help you grow better. I've been on anxiety sleep meds for a few years but I feel like I'm mentally turning a corner to not be dependent on them anymore because of my psychology and attitudes.
Long story short... Natural that helps me...
-Milk, toss it in the microwave and heat it up. It becomes a natural sedative.
-Bacon, dont ask me why, but 3 to 5 strips (depending on thickness) at bed works wonders
-Reading
-Cool fan pointed right on you
-Make the room really cold, like 63 degrees
-sound machine, or fan pointed on u helps as well
Those are just a few that I really like
