Sleeping Issues befor cycle...
I have massive sleeping issues obviously since its 4:30am here in Texas. Question is; does anyone else have issues, and will it continue on my cycle or get better?

Well they say not to eat late at night but if you're on aas i think it will only help you grow better. I've been on anxiety sleep meds for a few years but I feel like I'm mentally turning a corner to not be dependent on them anymore because of my psychology and attitudes.
Long story short... Natural that helps me...
-Milk, toss it in the microwave and heat it up. It becomes a natural sedative.
-Bacon, dont ask me why, but 3 to 5 strips (depending on thickness) at bed works wonders
-Reading
-Cool fan pointed right on you
-Make the room really cold, like 63 degrees
-sound machine, or fan pointed on u helps as well
Those are just a few that I really like
