    I posted this in the new members section

    Yes I want to get things set before a cycle I have done this before once right and once wrong. I know it is dangerous to cycle with ot being fit first. I want to drop my weight and body fat to 130-135 # and no more than 11%bf before I start this shold take me 8-10 weeks of serious training and diet.

    I would like input on training and cycle ideas so I can start to put it together for when I start.

    I am not sure where the proper place for this to be posted. any suggestions would be great.

    Yeah bro post your stats here. There are some smart dudes here, Shifty being one of them that can give you some solid advice. Everyone seems to say that a Test only cycle is the way to go, but you need to make sure your diet is in check first. Read some of the other posts with guys wanting to juice when their way overweight. Its not good and you should take that to heart. Your only gonna waste your money. Good Luck

    Hello, I am happy to be here. This means I am back and serious about getting Ripped again. I have been there before. I will talk about my past cycles and goals later but I believe this is to introduce myself and share my goals as they stand now. Please comment if you feel the need or want to help.

    Here I go. 31 years old 155# 5'6" tall approx 25%b.f terrible diet and have been without exercise for 2 years.

    I want to get around 32 years old 175# 5'6" tall and 5-7%bf GREAT DIET lift 4 days a week and train on my bicycle 500 miles per week so I can dominate the amature road race seen by 35.

    I would love all the help I can get over the next couple of years and especially the next few months. I look forward to making friends and connecting here.



    I have been a personal trainner on and off for years. I know about fitness what I really need is some advice on a good cycle for these goals.

    With 25% BF you need to cut that down first.

    ASS dont burn fat, diet and cardio does.

    Maybe some clen to help with fat loss while on a cutting diet (check the diet section stickies).

    Also hit the cardio hard.
    Get using ya bike now, and also try this cardio plan.

    Then consider the juice again when ya bf% hits around sub 15%, and ya lean mass has increased a bit through lifting natty.

    I think he means he wants too cycle 500 miles a week because 25% body fat and 500 miles a week don't add up. The fat will melt away even with a relatively bad diet if your cycling 500 miles a week so get cycling then get on a real cycle. Also if your looking to dominate the road race seen do some research into EPO will raise your red blood cell count dramatically.

    Have also heard its very good for cycling.

    EPO doesn't get mentioned much round here, but interesting compound.
