Yes I want to get things set before a cycle I have done this before once right and once wrong. I know it is dangerous to cycle with ot being fit first. I want to drop my weight and body fat to 130-135 # and no more than 11%bf before I start this shold take me 8-10 weeks of serious training and diet.
I would like input on training and cycle ideas so I can start to put it together for when I start.
I am not sure where the proper place for this to be posted. any suggestions would be great.
