im 5'11 188lbs i want to run 250ml of test e for 10 weeks

would this give me a solid muslce gaiN?

i would use 500 mg of test 250 is a little low considering your not taking anything else.

is this your first cycle?

WHats your BF % if its to high you might be disapointed with the results make sure your mid to low teens in BF%.
