I thought I would bring you guys up to speed, I said in one of my last posts that I would find out my bf and post it on here. I have been back at the gym for about a week now. I know I have a long road ahead of me before I even think about AAS. Well here it is... I am trying to figure out a good diet to bring my bf down, but at the same time I do not want to get any weaker??I know this is probably the wrong forum to ask any questions for this so Ill post it on another forum. Just wanted to keep you guys up to speed.
