Stats update
I thought I would bring you guys up to speed, I said in one of my last posts that I would find out my bf and post it on here. I have been back at the gym for about a week now. I know I have a long road ahead of me before I even think about AAS. Well here it is... I am trying to figure out a good diet to bring my bf down, but at the same time I do not want to get any weaker??I know this is probably the wrong forum to ask any questions for this so Ill post it on another forum. Just wanted to keep you guys up to speed.

Weight 196
BF 16%

My personal opinion is that you should lower your body fat just a touch more. Maybe to 12% before you begin bulking.
As long as you keep a good diet, work hard, get the proper rest, and keep yourself healthy, you will not lose any significant muscle mass. If anything you can gain muscle mass while cutting.
