Alright guys, I injured my shoulder about 6 months ago and had to take 2 months off lifting, but have been lifting steadily for the past 4 months pain free. Im looking to put on a little mass while minimizing my fat gain. I dont want to go too crazy so im thinking this might be a good one to get me going. The reason im asking is I have never taken Deca, so im wondering how this looks? I was thinking about starting a little lower say Test 400wk Deca 300wk?
Test E: 1-12wk 500mg/wk
Deca: 1-10wk 400mg/wk
Letro: .25mg ed......I am pretty prone to gyno and I want to keep the water retention low, although it shouldnt be bad with my diet. (Low sodium, Plenty of water)
PCT: I have Nolva and Clomid
