just about to start my 1st cycle, i have only been given 2 10 ml vials containing:

trenbolone enenthate 100mg/ ml & testosterone ethanate 150mg/ ml - 1 vial


sustanon 300mg / ml - the other vial

does this mean theres 100mg of tren and 150 mg of test per 1ml in one vial and 300mg of sustanon per 1ml in the other? as i was expecting a 10 week course

You can mix the two in a single syringe.

You have an odd amount on gear and not enough of either to run a decent cycle
I am guessing you are planning on running 1cc of each for 10 weeks....which would be a bad Idea.

im doing 1ml of each vial per week, as its my 1st cycle, i did my 1st shot today, within about 2 mins i went really dizzy, it wore off after about a minute, is this because i have to get use to it? my friend is doing the same and said he had a slight dizzy spell too.

is this a good cycle to start off with? or should i half the dosage of each shot and do it twice per week?

Not a good cycle. I would get another 2 vials of test e and run 500mg per week. No way would anyone here recomend tren for a first cycle.

For the dizziness its just your nerves. I have had the same thing before.

The dizziness could be either your blood sugar dropping due to being scared of needles, or it could be a boost in blood pressure from the AAS. If you think you have a problem with blood pressure you can get your vital signs checked for free at walmart.

this is not a good starter cycle.
you should have done some research before even starting a cycle what your stats? what do you have for a PCT?

Drink or eat something with a lot of sugar in it before your next injection and it will help raise your blood sugar, thus making it harder to get dizzy or pass out.

You might. Injections get better though. Try drinking some oj first to get you blood sugar up.

If I were you though I would stop the cycle since your in the begining. You really need a better cylce. Why sust and test e?

i had a trouble getting hold of any, and this is what i got, me and a mate are doing the same, but he's not botherd with any re-search and he doesnt know what pct is, im hoping to show him up as at the moment he thinks he knows it all.

Tren can give crazy side effects. And if you have them then they will be with you for a while because you are running a long esther in enanthate.

bro i cant condone you using anything at all. you have no idea what you are doing. not only have you not answered any questions about your stats, the questions that you are asking are so elementary that you shouldnt even be thinking about injecting yourself. you need a lot more research.
