I am brand new to the site, and have spent admittedly only about 4 hours now looking for information. The information here is tremendous, if not overwhelming! Let me start with stats and goals: 37 y.o., 6'2", 220#, 20%BF, worked out with varying degrees of focus since 18, but I am currently not in ideal condition by any means, although my genetics save me from looking as bad as I feel--I still get asked what I do for my size... My arms have always been right at or just shy of 18", chest is 45" and waist is currently 35.5". For about 2 years now, I have been trying to get serious and in the right mindset to get back into shape and maintain an active lifestyle, but after 6 weeks I seem to fall off the plan..
My goals are modest really, and I could probablly achieve them naturally. I would like to gain around 15# of lean mass, which would put my weight around 210# @ 10% BF. I would also like to add an inch to my arms, 2 inches to chest and reduce the waist to 32ish.
I really have 0 experience w/steroids, and came here looking for a shortcut to my goals... I realize there is no magic pill, but would like some feedback from anyone who has had similar goals and what advantage/disadvantages the steroid route holds.
I also don't have any dreams at this point in my life of winning any competitions... ideally I would like to do one 12 week cycle to get a jumpstart at realizing my goals... so, maintaining and improving on any realized results is very important to me. Is this a pipe dream, or is it doable?
My VERY limited research is suggesting that a stack w/masteron-TestProp-Winst might be effective for good cutting, and perhaps build some mass while I'm at it??
