Looking for the correct approach...
I am brand new to the site, and have spent admittedly only about 4 hours now looking for information. The information here is tremendous, if not overwhelming! Let me start with stats and goals: 37 y.o., 6'2", 220#, 20%BF, worked out with varying degrees of focus since 18, but I am currently not in ideal condition by any means, although my genetics save me from looking as bad as I feel--I still get asked what I do for my size... My arms have always been right at or just shy of 18", chest is 45" and waist is currently 35.5". For about 2 years now, I have been trying to get serious and in the right mindset to get back into shape and maintain an active lifestyle, but after 6 weeks I seem to fall off the plan..
My goals are modest really, and I could probablly achieve them naturally. I would like to gain around 15# of lean mass, which would put my weight around 210# @ 10% BF. I would also like to add an inch to my arms, 2 inches to chest and reduce the waist to 32ish.
I really have 0 experience w/steroids , and came here looking for a shortcut to my goals... I realize there is no magic pill, but would like some feedback from anyone who has had similar goals and what advantage/disadvantages the steroid route holds.
I also don't have any dreams at this point in my life of winning any competitions... ideally I would like to do one 12 week cycle to get a jumpstart at realizing my goals... so, maintaining and improving on any realized results is very important to me. Is this a pipe dream, or is it doable?
My VERY limited research is suggesting that a stack w/masteron -TestProp-Winst might be effective for good cutting, and perhaps build some mass while I'm at it??

Welcome.
Well steroids wont help you loose weight... In fact if your bf% is higher there more likely to cause fat.
Diet and cardio are the way to go to get more conditioned. (Try and loose 5%)
Check out the diet section for diet suggestions.
Like you said your self, there is no magic pill.
But once you loose the bf%, they will then help you build muscle if your diet and training are in check.
You could get bloodwork done at your docs and get ya natty test levels checked.
You might be eligible for TRT, which might help things at that lower dose if your natty levels are low.

start off by getting into a good diet and exercise routine. we have great forums here dealing with both.
and although your example stack you mentioned looked good, do a lot more research before starting, develop a good PCT, and then study and research some more. I think you realize that this isn't something you want to just jump into, so take your time and keep asking questions and read the stickies.
I am sure some other people will prob give you different advice, but that is just my opinion.

thanks for the replies! Ok, so what is natty test?!? Searched here AND googled, and could not find a clear answer? Thanks!
Well, summer is finally here in Denver, so my biggest issue lately--being MOTIVATION--is always helped when summer gets here and I can get out more! I guess I realize what I need to do is commit to a serious diet/fat burning/fitness building regimene for 12 weeks, see where I'm at then and then reassess. Like I said, my goal is not to get huge... and if I can just get my ass over the hump, I can likely do it naturally--at least where I wanna be.
