signs of gyno

i may be just freaking out during pct but can you have gyno without the irritation and soreness??? my nipples seem 'puffier' and the area around it seems to be aswell..... i need an opinion before i begin letro treatment

yeah i know that but are they MANDATORY? my question is can gyno be forming without those particular warning signs?? (itchy and sore??) cause they feel the same just the areola is puffy-er than normal
