Hi guys. This is my first post on here and looking through the forums it seems like a friendly and educated place.
I've been working out about 3 times a week for the past two years and keeping a good and healthy diet. I'm 31 and 5'7. Before this i weighed barley nine stone, now however im reaching almost 11 and quite well toned.
Only problem is i know i'm not where i should be and it really knocks my confidance. Not only have i battled with my lack of weight my whole life, i know this sounds stupid but i have also lacked full facial hair and this has had me thinking i'm short of Testosterone. Never had any complaint from women though, they say they like my babyface, lol!
If any of you guys out there have been in the same boat, did you do anything about it? Or can anyone recommend a substance of some kind? A few friends have suggested HGH, for me though it seems to expensive.
