same thing happens to me sometimes... try slowing down while injecting, stretch a little be4 and do it right after a shower so the muscle is warmed up and ready to absorb
Inject slower and pull the needle out slower as it can cause a vacuum and pull gear out.
Also, try using the z-track method where you pull the skin to the side b4 putting in the needle.
aight thanks fellas, so do tyou think it was a non effective shot? i did have half cc of sterile oil in there so who knows how much test or sterile oil leaked out.
alrighty, thanks again guys!
I ran into this exact problem during my first cycle.
This is how I did it:
1) Inject the needle into where ever you want.
2) Aspirate.
3) Push the oil into your muscle.
4) Let it sit for 10 seconds.
5) Squeeze the skin round the needle and slowly begin to pull the needle out. Before the needle is out, raise the skin off the muscle and then pull the needle out.
6) Once the needle is out, squeeze the skin even harder for about 3 seconds.
7) Let go. You should notice nothing comes out.
Use the z track method for sure. Move the skin to one side stick the needle in aspirte slowly inject wait a moment and remove. if done properly the hole you just made in you skin will no longer be over the injection site, this should prevent leakage. also think about using a 1.5" needle if your not already.
ok used the z track method this morning, shot went fine, no leak, so im good! thanks again for the help guys
1.5 is a pretty big pin for a delt dude!
Put your finger over the hole. Unless you're injecting amounts that are significantly too large for the muscle, proper technique should get you AT MOST one drop of blood.
I've used the z-track but have found an easier option. Just leave a small air bubble in the syringe before injecting. It doenst have to be large volume and no it wont hurt you. The air bubble puts a vacuum on the wound and nothing leaks out.
iagainsti,
I also leave a little air in the sryinge everytime too, it also lets you get every bit of the compound into the muscle
