Hello Guys,
I am needing your advice on an effective cutting cycle.. A short and quick background on myself.
I am 28, been working out for 12 years. I have never used any steroids of any kind. I am a natuarlly heavy set guy. Over the last year I have droped from 255 lbs down to my current and steady weight of 205 lbs while maintaining my musle mass. I am 6' tall.
My diet is decent, I consume around 300 grams of proten a day, and stay around 3000 caleries. Admitatly, my diet is not flawless, however, I consider it a B+
Now I have come a long way with my weight loss, however, id like to get just a little more riped up ( who doesnt right?) I am looking for that edge just to push me a little further. I am not looking to put on any more mass, as I am as big now as id like to be. Just want to tone up further, as I seem to be plateauing.
What are your suggestions on a cutting cycle, and what are the known side effects/drawbacks.
