When injecting test e should the injection site be massaged after removing the needle?
About how far back should the plunger be pulled when aspirating? 2 or 3 cm sound right?
I searched for a bit and got different answers.

i pull back untill i see bubbles or blood

if u see bubles then your cool . yep after u put a bandaid on massage it a lot
