lagging body parts and timing cycles.

Alright so which would you do? stay natural until lagging body parts are brought up with the rest, OR do a cycle to help bring up those lagging body parts?

Seems kind of obvious that it would be best to bring up the lagger's naturally before doing a cycle, but ive also read numerous logs where guys have gotten on, then doubled up the lagging parts each week to utilize the temporarily increased anabolic enviroment from steroids .

    pesky calves and upper chest!!!

    Thanks in advanced

how bout running a cycle and working out like normal, but focusing on the lagging muscles by working them twice a week while you work the others only once, that will allow the others to grow while your lagging parts catch up

I think that's what he was wondering... and honestly, it only makes sense to utilize the gear to focus our gains where we need them most.

i understand that, i just meant to make sure that while he's focusing on the lagging parts to workout the others ones or his lagging parts might become his dominant ones and he might develop different lagging parts

HAHA i think thats alittle blown out of proportion. AAS wouldnt make them grow THAT much in a 12 week peroid. Im talking about if you worked out with your normal training regimen but doubled up the lagging parts.

EX: in my case working calves on shoulders day and leg day which are 4 days apart and doing upper chest with more intensity on chest day and alittle upper chest work on back and bicep day.

Id personally love for my calves to be out of proportion to my body(too big) because there so fvcking undeveloped and ive tried quite a bit. high reps, low reps, super set etc..... maybe they'll just come with age like everything else, who knows.

im probably gonna get so many mixed responses so its probably best to (/thread) and do what works for me, thanks for the replies though bro's!

bro, i'm definitely agreeing with you... it's all good... focus your gains on lagging parts while on cycle so you reap the most benefit of the gear for your personal needs.
