First cycle
Hello fellas just wanted to say hello, I'm new to this forum and wanted to inter duce my self. I'm 33years old 5'8'' 163lbs and want to start my first cycle. I was wondering if this cycle is a good one for my first one.
Sustanon 250. 250 a week for the first 3 weeks then 500 a week for the remainder, followed up by clomid. Will this be ok for my first cycle? If so what gains(lbs) strength will i see and what will i lose? Any suggestions are welcome.

Welcome.
Sust should be injected every other day, at the same amount every week. You don't mention how long your cycle would be, or exactly what your pct would be, so it's hard to critique.

Test Beginner cycle info
here, i'll lay out some stuff for you,
first thing, you need to get your diet in check, here is some threads on cutting, lean bulking and pure bulking to give you some info, but you need to post your diet for critiqueing, your wasting your money otherwise

only when you have your diet down should you think about cycling, a beginner cycle should look like this
1-12 test e 500mg/week
1-4 dbol 40mg/day ( this is used to kickstart the cycle and is optional)
take your test injections 3.5 days apart, like monday morning and thursday evening
split your dbol up throughout the day, this will keep your blood levels stable, which means less sides and more gains
if you take the dbol, supplement with liv52 to help you liver cope with breaking down the dbol
btw, here are the profiles on the AS you will be using so read them and get to know the stuff your putting in your body

Now for some other important stuff, you need to have some arimidex on hand in case you start getting water retention or gyno, so get some, in fact, read this thread 3x before you start your cycle as it will tell you....

great!thats what i figured. I'm going to read all the info you posted up and make sure I'm ready. I did some research but i want to dial in on a few things before i waste my money. I know a few people how just bought some thinking he was going to get big just by lifting. I know one thing for sure that you diet needs to be in order. Mine is getting there i want to stick with the bulking diet I'm on for at least 6 months. Also what you be the gains i would see and how much and how much would i lose?

Protein: 250-300 g/day
Carbohydrates: 250-300 g/day
Fats: 60-70 g/day
Water Intake: 1.5-2 gallons/day
Probably going to stay within the 3000-3500 cal range if at all possible.

Meal 1: 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal
Meal 2: meat product of some kind, cottage cheese, green veggies
Meal 3: Chicken Breast, 1 cup Brown Rice
Meal 4: Tuna,Veggies
Workout
Meal 5: 1 Scoops Whey Protein,soup
Meal 6: Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 1 cup Brown Rice
Meal 7: 2 Scoops of Whey Protein

before and after your workout you need carbs
complex before your workout
and carbs to protein in ratio 2:1 after your workout, most people use equal parts dextrose and maltodextrin

waxy maize starch, or there are several good post-workout shakes and products, go to bodybuilding.com and look around they have alot of stuff
