pubertal gyno proclivity and likelihood of getting gyno on cycle

I'm still busy reading and gathering info for my first cycle, which will probably be 6 months from now...

    stats:
    195 lbs
    28 years
    6'0"
18-20% bf (yeah, working on it)
working out for 5 years, diet in check, getting good rest, etc.

Now, on topic.... I had some problems with a bit of gyno at puberty. since then it has disappeared but I have some fat around my chest (see bf%). My question though is, are people who have had pubertal gyno more prone to getting gyno on cycle? How about not having gyno, but having a bit of fat around the chest? Is it more likely to get gyno on cycle then?

How many guys experienced gyno on both cycle and during puberty?
How many experienced only one but not the other? (Please specify which)

I'm curious if there is any relation.

i had minor gyno growing up but didnt have any problem on cycles, letro or nolvadox on hand during cycle will kill the chance of gyno. you should definitely cut fat before starting a cycle tho even if your cycle is a cutter drop some first. good luck

Thanks hunter. I'm looking to drop to about 13-14%. Is that enough? Or should I drop more?

Also the thing is, most of my fat is around my lower belly and a bit around my chest (hate that). Therefore I'm worried if just having a low bf% is enough, or I need to somehow get rid of the last bit of fat around the chest.

AS can be a great benefit in helping with getting rid of the most stubborn spots for those of us that have a little extra BF. But you have to make sure you are doing everything else properly too. Diet is a big key. Making sure every one of those calories is a quality protien, carb, whatever. And you have to work just as hard in the gym. We've already established that AS is not a magic pill. You should be able to shed almost all that baggage before the cycle. To get back on topic, never had puberty gyno, but got gyno once on a test/deca cycle moderate to high dose.

well, I can't give you a credible source or study to answer your Q... but I know I had pubertal gyno and I get it a little when on cycle. I never had fat on chest though so that part I can't answer. When I get bf test that has almost zero on chest....

buddy of mine doesn't get any gyno and probably never got tittie bumps when younger going thru puberty either...
